How does Selfy work?
It’s simple, once the initial deposit is cleared, we get to work creating a tailored experience – just for you and your event. We ensure all material is approved and finalised, days before we arrive.
How do I pay for your service?
Once you’ve selected your package, you can book our service through our booking form or over the phone. A 50% security deposit is required to ensure availability on your required date. The remaining will need to be paid 72 hours prior to your event date to complete the process and get the party started!
*Note – The 50% security deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.
Do I need to request add-ons in advance?
Yes, certain add-ons such as filters, props, digital masks, GIF and video capture, personalised gallery and data collection must be requested in advance. This ensures we can properly prepare these features for your event. Please note that if not requested, these add-ons will not be available, and we are not liable for their absence.
How big is the Selfy booth?
With the booth standing at under 6ft and weighing no more than 10kg, it makes the perfect addition to any venue – big or small!
How many images can our guests take?
Unlimited! Yes, that’s right, we said it and we stand by it. As many pictures as you and guests can take, our booth can handle.
How do you power the booth?
The booth requires a direct connection to the power mains – 1 ordinary plug socket should do!
